Teleport Pro is sold as shareware, so you can download and try out a fully functional (but capacity-limited) copy of the program right now. If you like it, you can then register the program, which removes all program limitations and lets you use the program as often and as much as you like. Registration is for life, and all upgrades are free. In addition, registration entitles you to freetechnical support. The program is distributed as a self-installing file.
